Here is the recipe for spicy Gongura chutney...

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Gongura Leaves - 2 handsful
Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilies - 1
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Pods - 2
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and red chilies. When they splutter add garlic pods. Saute for 2 minutes and take everything out in a plate. let it cool.
- Add some more oil to the same pan. Add washed Gongura leaves to it. Saute till its cooked well. It will take only 3-5 minutes to cook completely. Switch off the flame and let it cool in the pan itself.
- Take a Blender. First blend the things which we have taken in a plate earlier for a while. After that add cooked Gongura leaves and salt and blend everything well.
- Season the chutney with Mustard seeds, Urad dal and Asafoetida.
- Serve the chutney. It tastes so good with Chapathi..
