Ragi And Wheat Cookies

Try this interesting version of ragi which is very tasty and healthy.. For binding we are using Wheat flour. (Atta flour). So the cookies as such is very nutritional.
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Baking Powder - a pinch
Vannila essence - a pinch
Butter - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Baking Powder - a pinch
Vannila essence - a pinch
Things Needed:
Procedure:
- Blend butter and Powdered sugar.
- Add sieved flours to it. Don't knead it.
- Make balls out of it.
- Pre heat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Place the balls in a greased baking tray.
- Press balls using a fork.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Enjoy with hot tea..
